Svetlana Ivanchenko

I am so excited to have been selected by Roland to represent the U.S. in the upcoming International Roland V-Accordion Competition in Rome, Italy on November 2nd and 3rd, 2012.

I want to say ‘grazie’ to three people that have helped me get to this competition…Greg Klugiewicz (National Accordion Association-Dallas, TX), Nick Ballerini (Performer, teacher, and Roland Representative), and Ron Lankford (V-Accordion Roland Manager, deceased).

I would also like to thank Steven Albini, the current Roland Accordion Manager, for his encouragement and his patience!! Steve has been a great help, and is an incredible musician and accordionist as well!! Thank you Steve!
