Special Oktoberfest inspired Wednesday Dinners “Mittwochs auf der Münchener Wies’n”  to follow the popular September 9th Stein Club Spanferkel Dinner with the Suckling Pig. Each dinner will include two half liters of a matching Festbier!

9/16 Kaiserschmarrn mit Preiselbeeren, Asbach Rosinen and Schokolade = This Austrian shredded fluffy Pancake is served with Lingonberries, Raisins soaked in Asbach Brandy and a bittersweet Chocolate sauce. Enjoy with our Spaten Oktoberfestbier.

9/23 Entenfest = Duck Confit, enjoy the crispiest Duck legs with lots of flavor

9/30 SCHINKEN WAHL = Ham tasting: Vote on your Favorite! Authentic Adler Schwarzwälder Schinken from the Black Forest  & Iberian Noel Ham from Spain are both called the World’s Best smoked and cured Hams, who gets your vote? It’s our contribution to the election year.

And meet a new favorite: Pannonia Ham made by Black Kassel

 

 

10/7 Brotzeit with plenty of fresh breads from CM Bakery and STIGLMEIER SAUSAGES, authentic Bavarian Charcuterie and Cheeses  

 

10/14 Hitzplotz SPEZIAL and 2 Festbier – this is our regular Stein Club Meeting  – Stein Club Members no charge, non members $ 25 

10/21 Roasted Oxen with Potato Salad just like in the very popular Ochsenbraterei Tent at the Oktoberfest.

We are calling this “from Cheek to Cheek”, enjoy the oxen cheeks, the rib roast with a classic Béarnaise and the eye of the round in an Herb Crust, served with Chef Seth’s famous Potato Salad and our fresh Vegetable Medley. Served with the Hofbräu München Oktoberfest Märzen.

 

10/28 Roasted Lamb with Lentil Polenta,  Mushroom  Ragout  and  fresh  green  Beans as we saw Chef Alfons Schuhbeck prepare in our recent Stein Club meeting.  His choice of Bier is the Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest Märzen.
