Mittwochs auf der Jagd – Our Special Wednesday Wild Game Dinner
How about we grill for you, come and join us between 4 and 8 pm – please call ahead for reservations. Each dinner is $25 per person and includes two Biers.
December 2nd: Venison- and Wild Boar Bratwurst and Venison- and Wild Boar Smoked Sausage and Wild Boar with Cranberries and red Wein will be shared by each couple. As this is Texas Game we will serve you each two Altstadt Bier from Fredericksburg, TX for $ 25 pp
December 9th: As promised, we are repeating the Roasted Lamb with Lentil Polenta, Mushroom Ragout and fresh green Beans as we saw Chef Alfons Schuhbeck prepare in our recent Stein Club meeting and tasted in October. His choice of Bier is the Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest Märzen. This is our special “Weihnachtsessen” and is replacing the Stein Club Christmas Party. Please bring some donations for our Christmas Cops Box in the Lobby.
December 16th: Rehgeschnetzeltes mit Pfifferlingen an Schupfnudeln – Imagine a tasty Venison loin cut into small strips, seared, accompanied by fresh Chanterelles and finished with a touch of Asbach Uralt Brandy tossed over crispy browned Potato Noodles. We think this will be very popular and a new “CLASSIC”
December 23rd: Hirschfilet an Preiselbeeren und Kraft Sosse mit Kartoffelknödel und Rosenkohl = Elk loin with a special Demiglace and Potato Dumplings and Bruxelles Sprouts. Our Bier will be Weihenstephaner Hefe Dunkel.
December 30th: Schweinebraten gefüllt mit Früchten, mit Knödeln und Rotkraut – Pork loin stuffed with Apples, served with Potato Dumplings and Red Cabbage We will enjoy a Hacker-Pschorr Muenchener Dunkel
