and sample 4 different Pilsner style
Biers -
Taste a variety of different
German Pilsner style Biers to
appreciate the regional differences
and enjoy some appetizers during an
insightful Power Point
Presentation. You will learn about
hops, the main flavoring ingredient,
durning our virtual visit to the
famous Hallertauer Hop fields in
Bavaria.
This class lasts approximately
100-130 minutes,
depending on student involvement.

Valentines & Doppelbock Fest.
Sample all available like the Spaten
Optimator, Paulaner Salvator,
Schneider Aventinus and Ayinger
Celebrator. The Bavarian Grill will
showcase some complimenting hors
d'ouevres, and a brief presentation
from Gary Hirsch of Hirsch's Meats.
Gary will once again partner with
the Stein Club for a meat raffle
focused on Valentines. This cooler
will be loaded with delicious
seasonal products from his butcher
shop. You may purchase a raffle
ticket for $2 or 3 tickets for $5 to
increase your chance at this
extremely valued and coveted
opportunity. The last raffle the
Cooler was valued over $125.

presentation, by our Bier Meister

braised beef with a velvety
horseradish sauce, boiled potatoes

vegetables, it includes two ½ liters

Dunkle Hefeweizen Fest:
Selection of perfect Spring Biers.
We will be tasting all available
like Schneider, Hacker-Pschorr,
Franziskaner and Ayinger. The
Bavarian Grill will showcase some
complimenting hors d'ouevres, and
Hefe-Weizen slide show presentation.
We might even have a surprise
presentation, from Dick Meyer he
would like to share his family
history from the Freiberg area of
Saxony and Franconia regional stein
ware from the early 1900's.
Remember! Drink Responsibly . . .
and always use your Stein during the
meetings - except for wheat biers of
course.
PS - Did you guys realize that
Franconia Brewery has been in
business for a year already. There's
got to be a party hidden in here
somewhere. Right Dennis!
