During summer Bavarians enjoy a variety of lighter foods

Freshly baked breads and a multigrain stick served with a variety of different chilled favorites:

 

 

     Frisch im Apfelholzrauch geräucherte Entenbrust mit Cumberland Sauce
Thin slices of freshly house smoked, medium rare duck breast on zesty lingonberry sauce
As an appetizer with bread 9.75 or as entree with two cheesy potato pancakes


Geräucherte Rehsalami   6.75

Smoked venison salami

 

 Hühner Salat „Winzer Art”    12.75

Oven roasted, chilled Chicken tossed with fresh grapes, juicy mandarin oranges, poached pear, crisp Romaine lettuce, and with our fresh herbs low fat yoghurt dressing

Summer Favorites served with Sonja’s marinated, mixed salads
