A hit at every towns Spring Fest: Two skewers loaded with tender pork, smoked Bratwurst, onions, paprika and champignons, braised in a Franconia Lager beer marinade and topped with the spicy "Zigeuner Sosse" served with French fries and our mixed salad

A pair of smoked pork chops, heated in Sauerkraut, served with mashed potatoes and our signature pea puree.

Eisbein auf Ananaskraut
We cure a giant ham hock in a special salty brine and simmer it in Sauerkraut until tender. Served with split pea puree and mashed potatoes. It’s big enough for two, or take home the left-overs for a special sandwich.

Geröstete Frühlings Lammkeule mit Semmelknödel und Gemüse 
Upper Bavarian variation of a roasted leg of lamb with a very flavorful sauce for the bread dumplings, served with fresh spring vegetables
