We recomend our Wurst Platte, a selection of five different sausages carved bit size, and served on a bed of warm herbed potatoe salad and saurkraut. This makes a great beginning to your main course and offers a "wurst" selection for everyone. In the maincourse we will substitute bread dumplings and fresh seasonal vegatables.
