  • Your journey through Munich begins with our Goulash soup. Then, from the carving board comes the slow roasted pork shoulder with a crunchy caraway crust and a burgundy sauce, and never-ending bratwurst spiral (Schweinwürstel). Our slow-cooked, braised beef (Rinderbraten) served in the creamy horseradish sauce is a winner with every group. Of course, there is also plenty of the famous Oktoberfest rotisserie chicken (hendl). You and your guests will enjoy our authentic potato salad, sauerkraut and red cabbage. The Saladbar features five Bavarian salads and freshly baked breads (Brot) and German rolls (Brötchen).
