We are looking for a strong Team leader! As a team, we are proud to bring Bavarian “Gemütlichkeit” to North Texas for over twenty years. The mission of the Bavarian Grill Team: Our guests leave smiling, ready to return with their friends and our team members love to come to work! The Restaurant Front of the Haus Manager hires, assists in training, does scheduling and station chart, assists in service through a strong floor presence and does the nightly checkout for these Team Members:
Bavarian Biergarten Food and Bier Specialist = Food and Beverage Server
We take care of the needs of our guests and friends in the Biergarten! We do not wait on tables, but rather the friends and guests dining there. We have learned the food, bier, and wein menus and are able to give good recommendations to our guests. Many of us enjoy repeat visits from our regular guests and enjoy attending to their company Happy Hours. We work dinners during the week in the Bavarian Grill Biergarten and are always there Friday and Saturday nights. We enjoy the live music on the weekends! We like to work with our team!
Bavarian Restaurant Food and Bier Specialist = Food and Beverage Server
We take care of the needs of our guests and friends in the Dining Room! We do not wait on tables, but rather the friends and guests dining there. We have learned the food, bier, and wein menus and are able to give good recommendations to our guests. Many of us enjoy repeat visits from our regular guests and enjoy attending to their birthdays, weddings, company Christmas parties, christenings, anniversaries and family reunions. We work weekday lunches and dinners in the Bavarian Grill Dining Room and are always there Friday and Saturday nights.
Bavarian Restaurant Traffic Director = Hostess
We greet and seat the arriving guests and make sure that friends meet their friends – and we promise: we will seat you when you arrive, if you made a reservation. We are the friendly voices on the telephone to give you directions and we will make sure that you will hear the birthday bells played for your best friend when the birthday cake arrives. We are always at the Bavarian Grill on Friday and Saturday nights.
Bavarian Restaurant Clean Table and Clean Floor Specialist = Bus person
We take dirty glasses and dishes to the dishwasher, pick up after the kids, wipe and clean table tops and chairs, reset table top symmetrically for our new guests. We are always at the Bavarian Grill on Friday and Saturday nights.
Bavarian Biertender
We are very knowledgeable about Bavarian Bier, German Wein and Schnapps. We help our team members to give our guests and friends a great experience – we love to see our guests to return with their friends and their families! We do the team training and we celebrate the team’s successes. We are always at the Bavarian Grill on Friday and Saturday nights.
Many of our Team Members have been serving Authentic Bavarian Food, Bier and Fun since 1993 in Plano, Texas!
We are almost always off on Sunday and Mondays, and most American holidays!
The starting salary will exceed the average Dallas FoH Restaurant Manager salary per year. An additional goal achievement bonus and matching insurance copay will be part of the salary package.
